If you have a change of heart, orders can be canceled or changed within 24 hours. After 24 hours, orders have been processed and cannot be changed or canceled.

If your order hasn't arrived in the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team. Our Customer Care team will take care of it and respond within 24 hours from Mon-Fri.
Important: Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after ordering. Costs to reship the package will be invoiced to the customer.

For international orders (and in very rare occasions, US orders), delays can occur in-transit, or holds can occur at the local customs office. It is possible to for orders to take up to 6 weeks to be delivered

To help reduce the cost of taxes and duties, item values are typically marked down 50%-80% on the exterior of packages.

Our store prices are shown in your local currency, but in USD when you checkout. All transactions will be handled in USD through Paypal or Stripe at the checkout page.
